When giant robots swarm your city and stomp through the streets, only Amanda Visell’s Jackalope can save the day. Taken from the artist’s Tic Toc Apocalypse Mini Series, the limited edition Jackalope is 14-inches of robot-decimating plush from ears to feet. The Jackalope is made from soft, textured faux fur fabric, and features floppy legs; embroidered eyes, nose, and mouth; foam teeth; and weighted pellets in its bottom, allowing it to sit upright.
Amanda Visell lives in the Los Angeles area by choice. She paints cartoony pictures and makes things. She did not got to school for this. Her artwork has been seen in galleries and museums nationwide including an exhibit and exclusive merchandise line at Disneyland USA. She continues to create original artwork along with toys, books, apparel, limited edition prints and sculptures, all while perfecting her design for the ultimate home robot.
